Champion Buffs LoL Patch 13.16 will be buffing the newest support champion. The item has become quite popular on bruiser champions as well, and this patch intends to put a stop to that.
One of the biggest balance changes this patch has got to be in the systems, with multiple assassin items getting slight updates and Duskblade finally receiving a major nerf. Of course, there are also key champion nerfs to picks like Naafiri and Shyvana as well.
